Partner Page: Add DFN

@frust45 @jandt-desy Shall we add DFN at partner page? Of course it's not an international partner but it's important for backbone - as far as I know.

Yes that should be done. Partners are not necessarily international ... could be changed to nat'l and int'l partners... Either somebody volunteers... or I'll do it friday morning
