HIFIS for... non-scientists?!

In our 4 user stories on the landing page, non-scientists/adminstratition etc. are not yet included.

Since we -of course- also provide services to them (like for all Helmholtz), we should somehow include them better.

IMO, that would need a (brief) 5th user story. Any opinion on that?
