News: Welcome to 10 thousand users to Helmholtz AAI

On 2022-07-08, 10k accounts on unity have been created. We could create a news post on this.

Add on: A small fraction (~100) are not real users, instead oidc clients. So, the real (user number) 10k will be exceeded by mid of next week, hence the perfect date for publication ;)
