Write blog post about changing GitLab URL to codebase.helmholtz.cloud
Before we switch the GitLab URL from gitlab.hzdr.de to codebase.helmholtz.cloud we need a blog post to announce it and also refer to in other announcements.
Explain which changes need to be taken into account by users.
