Renaming of blocks on start page

A) I want to suggest other names for some of the blocks at the head of the start page:

• Cloud Services -> Helmholtz Cloud
• User Access -> User Access (AAI)

Reason: we should use the same vocabulary; if it is called Helmholtz Cloud, that's what we should write, so people can recognize it for what it is.

B) And I would really like a sixth box, because now its three and two plus one void space. Looks very odd, see screenshot. I think we planned the software repository there? Will it be vacant for long? If so, we should add something else, maybe link to Consulting.
