Keep blog post about new GitLab domain up-to-date for re-publishing

We need to adapt the blog post about the new GitLab domain because

• title suffix "(updated)" is missing
• changelog is missing at the bottom
• links to blog post are invalid, add redirect_from
• tense and wording is inappropriate
