Inconsistent line break behavior: News cards <-> headline

IMO the news cards should show similar linebreak behavior as the headline.

I.e., when narrowing the window, the news cards show go multi-line only if the headline does so as well.

Currently, the 5 news cards are too broad and break too early.

Possibilities:

• reduce number to 4 or 3 cards when appropriate and/or
• narrower cards
