Contact/Helpdesk: Allow to add title

Contact form https://hifis.net/contact should allow to add a title.

Otherwise, only a standard title will appear in Zammad.

Plus, it would allow users to add [tag] on purpose if he/she wants to have a query directed to a specific group, same as with Mail to support@hifis.net
