Fix organisation count

The organisation count includes created organisations that are not referenced in any publicly visible software entry. Thus, the organisation count is overestimated.

Also, the Helmholtz Institute Jena was counted as a separate institute. It is now properly sorted into the GSI as a research unit. This will reduce the HGF centre count to 15.
