Get (active) user statistics based on their organisation
Hi @frust45 is it possible to obtain user statistics based on their organisation where they come from? Most simply, by internally extracting their mail addresses from DB and do simple statistics such as "count domain appearances with more than X unique users" or similar (with X being 5 or more, depending on convenience and allowing anonymity).
This could yield statistics similar to the AAI one or the raw stub in events.
Purpose:
- Most generally, we have been asked by reviewers to document cross-center usage of service.
- More specifically, we are asked to document whether all Helmholtz and all research fields are covered, which could be extracted from such data
- Plus, in recent feedback mails from Franz' questionnaire to Spotlights candidated, some answered that they do not need Codebase or Sync&Share because they have it already in their own center. True, but this rises the question what is the motivation of others from the same center to use HIFIS services - if there are significant numbers of users from that center.
