Plots are getting overwritten if multiple columns with same name exist

If several data files of a service contain columns with the same name, the created plots are overwritten because the file name is the same.

Can be avoided by integrating the name of the data file into the file name of the plots.

• add name of data file to file name of plots
• show name of data file in plot headline
