Set development status to Production/Stable

Since we have a 1.0.0 release, we should set the PyPI classifier from Development Status :: 3 - Alpha to Development Status :: 5 - Production/Stable.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
