Create a CLI command to validate metadata

It is reasonable to extend the framework by a CLI command to validate the metadata provided.

This feature iterates over all metadata files given in the metadata folder and validates them according to a set of validation rules.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
