Allow to configure the default plot style via configuration

!151 (merged) implemented the functionality to provide custom plot styles. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be able to globally define the plot style which should be used.

This is also described via hifis/overall/surveys/survey-2021/analysis#142 (closed).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
