Naming convention and auto naming mechanism to keep related artifacts closely together

Extracted task from issue #51:

• "keep text and pictures closely together via naming convention or auto naming"
  • "it is somewhat hard to identify what the print are showing from the name of the file"

Here we will implement a naming convention and an auto naming mechanism so that related artifacts created during an analysis run are marked as related to each other. This could be a default naming scheme that can be explicitly overriden.
