DataContainer.question_for_id should account for IDs without separator

Since lone questions in Limesurvey get mapped to QuestionCollections containing an anonymous subquestion, an inquiry for a question with id "Q001" should be treated as if "Q001/_" (Assuming _ is the configures identifier for anonymous questions) was requested, to make it a bit easier to use the original Limesurvey naming.
