Add method to create analysis output folder with a name containing a datetime signature

There is a variable settings.run_timestamp that can be used in a method to create an analysis output folder with a name containing a unique datetime signature for each analysis run. This method could then be reused each time a script-developer needs to know the name of or create an analysis output folder.
