Remove Roadmap from software.hifis.net

The roadmap is now available via https://www.hifis.net/roadmap. Thus, it doesn't make sense to maintain independent roadmaps in two different places.

The task of this issue is to remove the roadmap, references to it. We probably should remove the sources as well to not have them in two places.
