Provide standard HIFIS acknowledgement sentence/phrase

Projects and especially user facilities offering support without co-authorship usually have a standard sentence or phase to be used to acknowledge help in publications. HIFIS should publish this on the website. This phrase may include the Helmholtz funding identifier for HIFIS (not the HZDR project number).
