Improve judicious use of words "consulting" or "consultation" throughout the handbook

In general, you might want to check again where and when you use the terms "consulting" or "consultation" and that you do it consistently. It is my understanding that "consulting" refers to the service you are providing and that "consultation" means the individual session(s).
