Improve svg image in Consulting_guide.md file

The workflow image should say "Assigned to" The "Consultants table" looks as if consultants are discussing with experts. It should be made clear that the client is also "sitting at the table". Consulting is not a paid service, it is a service to interact directly with the client to build up knowledge. Maybe one person on the table could be made blue-colored?
