Course adaption

Currently we do not give any information where the course.yml should be adapted and what should happen with it then. Should the course.yml just be adapted locally and not commited in its adapted state? Should this happen in a fork (to be able to recreate the exact pad)? Or should it be commited and taged (to be able to recreate the exact pad)?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
