Pad creation fails

Pad creation fails with command: File "..\workshop_materials\episodes\01-preparing-the-working-environment.md", line 85, in template {% filter tip_block(title="Additional tips", is_pad=is_pad) %} ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ jinja2.exceptions.TemplateAssertionError: No filter named 'tip_block'. The issue is that the module import of custom_render_utils fails.
