Implement improvements learnt in the first public workshop

• Revise schedule
• Try to focus more on the team exercise
• Add a reflection exercise (similar to the one in the beginning)
• Make issue tracker content a demonstration and CI pipeline a live coding exercise.
• Think about performing the quiz as part of the pre survey instead of doing it in the workshop.
