Make generated Web page a generic entry point to the workshop marerials

Idea

• The pad contains the workshop-specific details
• The Web page provides a general reference point for the materials and reflects the HIFIS brand

ToDos

• Remove the welcome section from the episodes (=> part of the pad template)
• Make sure that all extra materials are available on the Web page (=> pad should only include content of the typical workshop version)
• Rework the index Web page to fit this purpose
• Rearrange docs for building the website and building a pad
