Update indico page

The following need to be updated:

• Landing page (indico)
• Timetable (indico)
• Preparation in general
  • Landing page section (indico)
  • Survey material (indico)
  • documentation page (mkdocs)

The preparation needs to be discussed beforehand if VMs should be used instead of an installation guide.
