Improve responsivity on other devices
The dashboard should be easily accessible on mobile devices too.
Changes to be done (!only for smaller screen sizes!)

Welcome Page: further information accessible on click (hover interaction is not possible on mobile devices) -
for all graphs: legend should be displayed below the chart -
for all graphs: make graph fill up the space and rescale according to it -
Footer: display clickable items (Imprint, Data Protection Declaration, Contact) below each other -
Navigation Menu: remove language option DE/EN from the burger menu and put it next to it
