Animated onboarding on how to interact with the sunburst plots

Upon first "in-view" of a sunburst graph in the dashboard, a popup window with an animated onboarding should appear, explaining how to interact with the graph.

In addition, all sunburst graphs should have a round, light-blue "?"-button top/left of each graph, where upon clicking a popup window with an animated onboarding should appear (see above).
