Adapt to changes in Toolbox (wait before merging)

1. Adapt to changes in Toolbox MR 30 : rename column "publisher" to "publisher_deprecated" in table "publication"

2. in the Toolbox writing now directly to the database, two columns are added in the table "reference": "sub_type" and "sub_type_schema", both of type varchar(45). So please adapt to changes in Toolbox MR 30 : To query for datasets, please do now filter from column "sub_type" in table "reference"
