Update dashboard for updated F-UJI metrics v 0.5

As soon as the toolbox project has udpated the F-UJI docker to v 3.0.0 using metrics version 0.5, it will provide slightly different data.

The toolbox team will produce some example output.

For the dashboard project this means:

• for the live-assessment also f-uji v 3.0.0 will be required
• update data import for the updated data structure
• update the representation of F-UJI scores in the sunburst diagrams (both on subpages "Data in Helmholtz" and "Repositories") and on the individual plots on the subpage "My Data"
