minor fix: improve the presentation of the plot title on top of the sunburst plot

both on the subpages "Data in Helmholtz" and "Repositories":

1. please add a bit of spacing between the sunburst plot and the plot title.
2. Please avoid a line break between the percentage and the "%" sign.
