Update validation- and insertion loop for dataset publications found in the literature databases

If validation via Scholix metadata shows that a source object found in the library databases and queried at Scholix has type "dataset" do the following:

1. using the PID (DOI) of this object as targetPid, find all Scholix links for which the source object has type "literature" and is linked to the target via relationship SubType "IsSupplementedBy". Attention: In this Scholix request the data DOI is exceptionally queried as the targetPID. E.g., in http://api.scholexplorer.openaire.eu/v2/Links?targetPid=10.5442%2Fnd000008 you find a link to the associated paper with DOI: 10.1021/acs.jmedchem.2c01165.
2. If a literature-dataset tuple was identified, please add them to the database in the usual way.
