Extract other identifier types via SCHOLIX

• extract also other identifier types, in parallel to DOI. If no PID is available, store at least the URL.

• the above will then be sent to F-UJI

• pripority list of identifier types

  1. doi
  2. hdl (in datacite schema, field 12.a: "Handle")

• beyond this, please make sure to run the translation from

  • pdb identifier to doi (see previous versions) etc.

• ultimately, if none of these is available:

  • URL of dataset in repository

• please store in log file which data does not have a PID
