indpendent and specifically dependent continuant are missing

• In the current version the bfo classes bfo:IndependentContinuant and bfo:SPecificallyDependent continuant are missing.
• These should be there because we have both bfo:MaterialEntity and bfo:role (which are subclasses of the above)

• re-insert/ revert changes from that point on
