[discussion] data-related items

discussion on call: several data related items ( such as data, data item, dataset) need to be reclassified in the hierarchy

• there are two datasets defined (HDO_00000009 and IAO_0000100)
• what is the difference between data and data item (IAO_0000027) (what about deleting data item?)
• everything stored in the computer system is data (even 0s and 1s), so software, for example, is data.
• Knowledge (currently subclass of Thing) should be somehow a subclass of data.
• The same for ontology

There are some definitions defined twice, e.g. software. we need to agree on one.
