[modus operandi] alternative to microdrediting

We agreed to change the way of crediting in the ontology.

• Currently we are using term-based micro-crediting which is labour intensive and error prone and creates a lot of triples with little information.
• From now on we will use micro-credits only for transient contributions
• constant contributions (i.e. people regularly attending the meetings) will be credited as contributors and/or creators at the onology level metadata.
