[edit] obsolete "abstract data type" with correct profile

the term abstract data type (https://purls.helmholtz-metadaten.de/hob/HDO_00000044) was obsoleted using the wrong profile.

as a result we have additional (unneccessary) declarations in the ontology that we could get rid of:

• iao:00000231 (annotation property)
• http://www.geneontology.org/formats/oboInOwl#ObsoleteClass -> remov

this should be consistent and therefore be cleaned up
