Source reference(s) for resourceDescription

Dear CCT1,

@lucas.kulla wondered why we don't have a source reference for the resourceDescription. And I also think that we need that.

This way we could make sure, that we have assigned the correct description, we could check the description for changes more easily and don't we even have to provide source information when we use texts from other websites (or other references) 1:1?

A possible solution would be to introduce an additional property for the source information of the resourceDescription. Or are there any other suggestions?
