Add "Subject Agnostic" to the controlled list "scientificDiscipline"

As in the original SRAO ontology, we should include "Subject Agnostic" to our controlled list for "scientific Discipline". This would help to type e.g. general repositories, data formats, and help to express that all disciplines might apply.
