General property "relatedHelmholtzCentre" is not available in sub-schemas

During validation I noticed that the property relatedHelmholtzCentre of the general schema common_properties_json_schema_cct1.json is not available in sub-schemas such as in hmc_metadata_standard_1_0_0.json or hmc_data_format_1_0_0.json. It is not listed in their corresponding field propertyNames and thus not allowed to be specified. Is this intended or accidentally not having been cascaded?
