Add properties for pricing and license information to Software-schema

Add a property to software schema that allows for storing pricing information, e.g. free, subscription, perpetual, pay-by-action, etc. Add a property to software schema that allows for storing license information, e.g. MIT, GLPL, Apache, proprietary.
