Add further properties to (General) Record Metadata

We discussed that CCT1 needs documentation of the following metadata in the (general) record metadata We suggest to add

ID	property	description	OB	OCC	value constraints	example
?	mappedByHub	The hub that originally (contributed to) mapping the record.	A	0..n	type:string	1.?
?	resourceCategory	Category name of the resource according to the CCT1 schema specification.	A	1	type:string	1.?
