Put all Record Metadata Properties in their own name space

Copying this proposal from @j.broeder out of #36 (closed) :

I would put all record properties in their own name space, i.e a further nesting like 'recordProperties' that way they are not all missed together with the data properties, making it easier to remove or ignore them. Also there will be no issues with any name clashes
