harvested records/properties should reflect provenance in record Metadata
Use case: Later the InfoPortal can provide the source of the harvested info
in general an information-source provenance should be availble for any property (like discussed in #12 for the description field).
I wonder if this could best be solved through the record_metadata schema or in the individual shemas directly?
