Research / planning of Button for GitLab Issue

This issue is linked to #41 . This focuses more on questions like:

1. What technology should we use -> there are multiple ways, e.g. GitLab API, Gitlab offers a E-Mail address for incoming issues for a repo ... -> inform yourself and discuss with Lucas and the team what's best.

2. Since this is a more general problem, have a look at GitHub or so and find out if there are components that we can reuse

3. Create a list questions that need to be asked.

I See three use cases:

1. External people want to contribute new resources
2. External people think information that we present is wrong and would like to correct them
3. External people want to give us some general feedback.
