virtuoso wrapper requires SOURCE_PERSISTENT_URL without using it

When using the virtuoso-wrapper for dumping the virtuoso db the the wrapper fails with "SOURCE_PERSISTENT_URL" not set, although it's not needed for dumping only. Should be checked for the injection only.
