Define and/or design metric to evaluate good UX

In order to evaluate whether the UI can rely on the storage API or include an indexer like OpenSearch as a source of data we need to define/design metrics/criteria to evaluate which is the better option. Some options mentioned include

• response time to the UI
• relevance of the search results
  • are results sorted by existence of PIDs in the record?

1. all valuable criterias that define good UX are to be listed
2. a test or two for each needs to be defined and documented
3. test procedures are to be clearly defined and documented
4. test results are to be properly documented and evaluated
