Secondary search for title based narrowing of results

We want users to be able to search for a term and be able to refine their search based on the context of their previous search. The intention is to allow for users to refine their search via the record titles - recording a history of the consequent search path they followed to get to the results they wish to come across.

This feature has multiple technical tasks which will be set as child items to this issue.
