SetUp Banner for Migration to JSC cloud

Short desciption

In order to migrate the Helmholtz KG to the JSC cloud there is downtime to be expected. We need to set up a banner in a FrontEnd to announce downtime to users.

ToDo:

build a banner for the FrontEnd (@f.dmello & @gabriel.preuss)
deploy in live (@jens)
When done take everything down again
