create details page "institutions"

To extend the display of connected data the following things should be implemented in the result page when searching for institutions:

• hovering on top of the search result (box) should create a box that is shaded (e.g. some bleue)
• the box should be extendable to show some 1st level details (such as e.g. the webpage, the logo, known identifiers such as ror idand a "see details button")
• clicking on the box should bring you to a "institutions detail page" which should be mostly parallel to what is described in #86 (closed):
  • details of the center information on the side
  • center display in which different types of records can be "toggled"
• when searching for e.g. a document, the authors in the records should alos be "clickable" and bring you to the "Experts details page"
